can I tell how many visits my web site gets?

FREE with every account is Wusage 6.0, a very powerful
tool for graphically tracking visitors to your site. It
provides you statistics on how long visitors were there,
what pages they visited and the order in which they were
visited. With the advanced logging feature activated it
even captures what browser was being used and how the
visitors found you, whether through a search engine or
a web site link.

you offer web page design services?
- We currently
have an extensive network of customers who offer this
service in conjunction with our web hosting . We
would be happy to provide you with several referrals based
on your specific needs and price range.

you maintain backups of my data?
- Yes.
We backup your web directory daily on redundant hard drives
installed on each of our hosting servers.

you offer dialup Internet access?
- No. We
currently don't offer dialup access.
- 6. Can
I access my domain without the "www" in front
- Yes.
You will be able to access your domain address with or
without the "www" in front of the domain name.
Example: [http://www.your-name.com] or [http://your-name.com]
is acceptable, whichever you prefer.

are your Network capabilities?
- You are
hosted on our fiber optic network, which connects to the
Internet through 4 redundant DS-3 multi-homed connections.

Operating System and Server Software is being used?

systems run a customized version of RedHat, using the
powerful Apache Web Server and Apache SSL Server for secure
transactions.

type of hardware are you using?
- For maximum
reliability all our servers are custom-built using the
best components currently available in the industry. Since
there are constant improvements in the hardware industry,
we upgrade all our systems every 3-4 months, thereby
providing you access to the latest machines equipped with
fast processors and lots of memory and storage space.

worldwide and can host any valid domain name extension.
If you are interested in foreign domain name registrations,

SSI's will parse on any page ending in .sht or .shtml.

Can I point other domains to the same main page as my
current domain?

We can mirror your main web pages and mail system for
an annual fee of $49.95 for each additional domain.
This is a great way to expand the marketing of your present

How long does it take to set-up a new account?
- New accounts
are set-up within a few hours from the time we receive
your order. Once your account is set-up, you will be emailed
your Account Login information (User ID, Password &
FTP hostname) along with some useful URLs to help you
get started. You can immediately start uploading files
to your new web site. Domain account users will be given
an IP address to access their site via the web prior to
the completion of either domain registration or domain
transfer.

Can I use my account for commercial purposes?
- Yes.
You can use your account for commercial purposes. The
World Wide Web has become the most efficient and cost-effective
means of making information, products and services available
to the users of the Internet community, and we provide
our customers the necessary tools to develop a successful
Internet business.

Will I have unlimited access to my site for updates?
- Yes.
You have unlimited access via FTP 24 hours a day 365 days
a year. As such, you can create and maintain your web
pages on your own computer and upload files to your web
site at your leisure.

How do I transfer files to my web site?
- Files
must be transferred to the web server via File Transport
Protocol (FTP). Internet providers such as AOL, CompuServe,
and Prodigy may have a built-in FTP interface. If you
need FTP, Telnet, mail, or other Internet software, visit
www.shareware.com. Shareware.com is a source for the latest
Internet applications with ratings and reviews to help
you decide which application is best suited for your needs.
Microsoft FrontPage users can "publish" their
sites to our server and should not use FTP.
